When I first heard about Sea Moss, I couldn't believe all of the benefits this superfood had to offer. Irish Sea Moss also known as Chondrus Crispus, is a seaweed. A type of macro- algae native to the Atlantic shorelines of the Caribbean Islands, North America and Europe. Sea Moss comes from both organic harvesting and man-made pools, and where it's grown affects the composition of the plant and it's health benefits.
